Description

Dishwashers work to take on some janitorial and supportive kitchen tasks, such as bussing tables, washing dishes and appliances, emptying trash receptacles, scrubbing floors, restocking items, and performing other tasks to ensure that the kitchen and dining areas are clean and prepared for guests.

Job Descriptions:

• Wash the dirty dishes.
• Put away the clean dishes.
• Haul dishes
• Bus tables when you have caught up on washing dishes or if it is really busy.
• Collect the bar dishes.
• Washing garbage cans.
• Washing the silverware and cracker containers.
• Help wash the coffee cups.
• Wipe down chairs, counter stools, and high chairs. Help wipe menus.
• Wash cups and wipe down shelves and wash trays.
• Haul up ice as needed for the main kitchen and bar.
• Change all the garbage as needed in the kitchens or on the floor.
• Answers phone as needed.
