Required Documents For Apply Job In Hungary
1. Scan copy of valid Passport

Required Documents For Apply Residence Permit For Work
1. Filled and signed application form for a residence permit and Appendix 10 – find it on the website of the Immigration and Asylum Office of Hungary
2. Valid passport with the previous (old) passports (at least 2 empty pages in the valid passport are needed!) A passport must be valid until the end of your employment.
3. 2 passport photos
4. Flight booking
5. Accommodation proof for the whole stay period
6. Valid insurance (just travel insurance, if general insurance will be provided by the employer)
7. Bank statement about the last 6 months
8. Signed preliminary employment contract issued by an employer. It must contain the duration and conditions of work and salary details.
9. Valid preliminary “Workforce Needs Registration Form” issued by competent Hungarian authority
10. Birth Certificate in English
11. Clear character certificate issued by a competent police department
12. CV in English

How To Apply For Hungary Work Permit?
After we received the required documents above, the Employer reviewed the documents and if needed an interview will be made via Skype video. Once we received the payment, we will submit the documents to the appointed Attorney. The process of obtaining a Visa Issuance Letter (Work Permit) is between 10-and 15 working days. After the Visa Issuance Letter is issued, we will send it to you by Courier. And you shall submit the application for the Visa at the Hungary Embassy in your country. The embassy will issue you a “one year “Visa Type D / single or multiple entries, and it’s renewable furthermore each year.
